These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DailyNest (the "Service"), operated from the State of New York, United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is intended for users tracking personal, family, business, and professional financial records.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.
DailyNest currently offers eligible new users a 30-day promotional trial with no card required. If a different promotional offer is displayed before enrollment, the trial length and conditions shown at enrollment control. A trial does not create a paid renewal unless you subsequently authorize a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval clearly shown before purchase until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Before purchase, DailyNest displays the plan, included features, price, billing interval, and applicable trial or promotional terms.
Web purchases may be processed by DailyNest's web payment provider. Purchases made in a native iOS or Android app must use the billing method made available for that app and storefront in accordance with the applicable platform rules. Store-managed purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from deleting your DailyNest account. Refund eligibility and the correct request process depend on the purchase channel. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Users designated as CPAs represent that the professional information they provide is accurate and that they maintain any license required for services they independently provide. DailyNest does not certify, audit, or guarantee a CPA user's professional work.
DailyNest is a record-keeping, organization, and reporting tool. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. AI-generated categories, summaries, estimates, and reports are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before relying on them for filing or professional decisions.
You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with or misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security or plan controls, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
DailyNest and its software, design, and marks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and files you upload and grant DailyNest a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display them only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request permanent account deletion from Settings in the app. An external account deletion path is also available at joindailynest.com/delete-account. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. If a subscription is billed by Apple or Google, deleting the DailyNest account does not itself cancel the store subscription.
Our collection, use, sharing, retention, export, and deletion of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or business reasons. When a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or platform rules.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT, TAX ESTIMATES, CATEGORIZATION, REPORTS, OR EXPORTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR FILING OR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILYNEST'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO DAILYNEST FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED ARE NOT AFFECTED.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required by law.
