Delete Your Account

Every DailyNest account holder can request permanent deletion of the account and associated personal data. This option is available regardless of where the account was created.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to DailyNest.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete my account.
4. Review the permanent-deletion warning and confirm.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@joindailynest.com from the email address associated with your DailyNest account and use the subject DailyNest Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What deletion removes

The authenticated deletion flow is designed to remove your user-scoped DailyNest database records, uploaded files, and authentication identity. Limited records may be retained or de-identified only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or financial-audit purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting a DailyNest account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel a store-managed subscription in the same store account to stop future renewals. Web subscription cancellation is handled separately from account deletion.
